This is a fantastic role for an experienced Account Director looking to join a fast-paced independent digital agency. 

Role: Account Director

Salary: Up to 45k

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

You will need to be well experienced in the agency world and have a strong understanding of Digital and B2B Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Senior Client contact, building positive relationships to position the agency as the clients strategic partner

· Proactively monitor and measure your accounts

· Final point for QC, campaign sign off and are on strategy

· Ability to manage own workload and support/ mentor junior members of the team

· Ensuring you can effectively resource the workload within the team

· Ensure project financials are always upto date

· Empowering the team and clearly delegate clearly and effectively

· Proactively share and champion agency values

· Demonstrate throrough knowledge and understanding of the agencies serviced and credentials

· Keeping upto date with industry and sectory trends/advancements

Must have:

· Experience within a Digital Marketing Agency

· Experience of website design and build projects. As well as experience of planning and content marketing campaigns

· Strong knowledge of implementation technologies and channels
