Account Executive – Creative Health & Medical Communications – Congleton

We are on the looking for a creative Account Management / Client Services / Project Management professionals, with experience in either Medical, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals Communications. This role would be great for Graduates, all the way up to someone with 3 years’ experience.

Having almost doubled in size since 2019 they are continuing to grow, currently at 35 people and have just signed for a brand new office that can hold double!

They work on the creative side of Health and Medical Comms and are specialists in Events (live & virtual), Application Development (web, mobile & games), Design (digital & print), Digital Marketing (Content, Social Media, PPC, SEO Paid Media, Email, Video & Audio), Branding, Advertising, Social Impact. They always look to progress into new markets and the latest trends for their clients.

You’ll bring a forward-thinking approach and are dedicated to championing the work for a diverse client portfolio. You will be part of an excellent team that delivers innovative solutions, building upon existing relationships with clients whilst nurturing new collaborations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Managers in delivering exceptional client projects and campaigns by effectively communicating with the wider team, external suppliers such as printers and scientific journals, and our clients.
  • Quality control
  • Liaising with external suppliers such as industry publications to support the development of multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting on client-level marketing activities.
  • Accurate entry of client and job level data into our cloud-based management system, including estimates, quotes, purchases.
  • Supporting the efficient movement of jobs through studio.

To thrive within this role, you are confident in managing and prioritising multiple projects. You are equally skilled working as part of a team and individually.

Skills and Experience:

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactiveness and drive to produce excellent results.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change and challenges and not afraid to ask questions or think beyond the status quo.
  • A creative thinker who is keen to learn.
  • Experience of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Some knowledge/experience of marketing communication is desired, including LinkedIn campaigns, PPC advertisement, building emailers.

Salaries range from Graduate £20-24K, Account Exec £22-28K.
