Account Manager– Creative Health & Medical Communications – Congleton

We are on the looking for a creative Account Management / Client Services / Project Management professionals, with experience in either Medical, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals Communications. We’d be interested in speaking to Account Execs looking to move into an Account Manager role, all the way up to Senior AMs looking for a fresh challenge!

Having almost doubled in size since 2019 they are continuing to grow, currently at 35 people and have just signed for a brand new office that can hold double!

They work on the creative side of Health and Medical Comms and are specialists in Events (live & virtual), Application Development (web, mobile & games), Design (digital & print), Digital Marketing (Content, Social Media, PPC, SEO Paid Media, Email, Video & Audio), Branding, Advertising, Social Impact. They always look to progress into new markets and the latest trends for their clients.

You’ll bring a forward-thinking approach and are dedicated to championing the work for a diverse client portfolio. You will be part of an excellent team that delivers innovative solutions, building upon existing relationships with clients whilst nurturing new collaborations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing client proposals to align with their needs and expectations.
  • Presenting proposals that excite and intrigue the client.
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders ranging from internal studio and marketing, through to external clients and suppliers.
  • Managing budgets and work schedules.
  • Detecting opportunities for account growth.
  • Working with the marketing team to devise strategies that successfully communicate the client’s message, whether working on a multi-channel campaign or a major congress.
  • Researching all aspects to give context and clarity to the client’s environment and liaising with the studio team to deliver collateral within brand guidelines.
  • Provide effective feedback and detailed reports on a regular basis.
  • Supporting the development of Account Executives.

To thrive within this role, you are confident in managing and prioritising multiple projects. You are equally skilled working as part of a team and individually.

Skills and Experience:

  • Account and client management – using your experience of account management in the healthcare sector, you will deliver great work to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Marketing and communications – using your knowledge and experience of developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for the healthcare sector, you will develop excellent client projects in collaboration with our wider team.
  • Relationship development – you enjoy developing relationships with clients and seize every opportunity to help grow the accounts and identify new benefits for the client.
  • Communication is key – as the main point of contact for our clients, it is important that you keep the team and clients in the loop with project developments, and that you can excite and intrigue our clients when presenting new proposals.
  • Time management – your great time management skills will assist you whilst managing multiple projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Consistency – you will use your previous experience and proactiveness to consistently produce excellent results.

Salaries range from £28K-£55K DOE. As well as this you’ll get 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, an enhanced company pension contribution, training & progression, team activities & social events, parking and hybrid / remote working as well as fully kitted out home office setup.
