The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a top-class Group Account Director to join the team and help to shape new business, build new and existing relationships and grow an already extremely impressive portfolio of brands.
This person needs to be all about delivering excellent client servicing, be commercially minded and passionate about creating first-class experiences through all communication channels.
Experience of working within full-service communication channels including creative, digital, events and activations.
You will have:
- Senior oversight of client proceedings and any other Ad-hoc briefs to ensure a seamless and joined-up delivery.
- Overall financial responsibility of all projects / accounts.
- Best practice and processes within the agency to ensure the smooth running of projects and the account.
- Able to identify opportunities for the growing / developing of the account
- Leading or growing an agency flagship account.
- Leadership of the team to ensure a positive working culture and operational & commercial efficiencies.
- To establish and implement best working practice and processes within the team.
- Part of the agency culture, with a focus on upholding the culture & pushing the agency forward.
