Marketing Manager – Manchester / Hybrid – B2B | B2C | D2C | FMCG | Strategy | CRM | Social Media | PPC | SEO  

We are working with a disruptive “tech for good” company, who are looking for a Marketing Manager.

This role will be vital in driving both B2B & B2C engagement, growing their network, brand awareness and sales opportunities.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the Marketing Department and be given free reign on team hires, input into strategy and ensure the company has a marketing identity.

You will need to have 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role, be comfortable working in a start-up environment as well as being up for the challenge.

They are a business who have sustainability at the core of what they do and strive to leave a positive social impact. They are looking for a chief brand guardian who ensures that all activity /communications are on-brand.

There is a need for growth in customers, retention of existing customers and the acquisition / retention of clients too.

Skills Needed:

  • 5 years B2B & B2C (D2C) experience, ideally from an FMCG background
  • Proven experience with CRM management & CRM marketing
  • Strong commercial & sales mindset
  • Campaigns, analytics & metrics
  • Marketing Automation
  • Customer segmentation
  • Experience in Content, PPC / SEO
  • Experience managing 3rd parties and external
  • Social Media strategy

Based in Manchester, they currently stand at 10 employees. In 2022 they are looking to get to 20-50 employees and are looking to raise £100 million.

They are offering hybrid working and opportunities to progress as the business continues its expansion. Salary for the role is £40-60K
