●       An eye for design.

●       Numerate.

●       Strong empathy for the team and passion for growth.

●       Intellectually curious with an analytical and process-oriented mind-set.

●       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

●      Ability to manage, influence through persuasion, fairness, negotiation, and consensus building.

●       Basic Adobe and Wordpress skills preferable. Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Keynote capability essential.

 

You Will:

●     Deliver all marketing plans and write engaging copy

●     Help shape and implement the comapany's Marketing Plan

●     Understand our customer groups, identifying key opportunities for tailored and focused engagement.

●     Work with the wider Marketing team to create and manage the delivery of all marketing campaigns and content

●     Support in the updating and development of the companies web and social media presence.

●     Conduct market and competitor research

●     Carry out consistent project planning, reporting and measurement, as set out by management.

●     Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.

●     Work with data and insights to evaluate end-to-end customer experience, across multiple channels and customer touch points.
